Okay, so I’m moving on from the negative thinking and onto the positive thinking. I’m gonna do something about this. I’ve been surfing the net and there’s a whole bunch of information there … that boils down to eat less and so some jogging… well that’s what I’ve been doing!!! Duh!! (I’m not gonna post my weight here every day or anything, that’s too boring, but I will say that I’ve lost NOTHING since last week AGAIN!! And no, I’m not cheating. I hate that, there are even some websites when you look under why am I not losing weight and it says “well, are you cheating just a little bit” well I’m not.
I’m not sure if this is true but I have found some places that say that the jogging is the problem – it can even make you fatter. That’s good news because I hate jogging lol! Apparently it just makes your body think “hmm, better store up some fat in case she goes jogging again” which is no good.
I just wish somebody would just tell me what’s going on. A nice simple explanation of what’s going on and what I can do about it.
And I’m gonna find it!
PS – I have found some good advice – forget weight, what matters is burning fat. It’s the fat we want rid off. I read somewhere that you can burn fat while you sleep but that’s gotta be too good to be true!!
